Position Summary
This role is responsible for creating value-added Urban Air Mobility (UAM) ecosystems that prepare the market for Eve’s range of products and services. These initiatives will uncover insights into market needs and enable the company to accelerate adoption of Eve’s vehicles, drive demand for UATM software solutions, and meet customers’ expectations. The Ecosystem Analyst will also lead strategic initiatives that gain social license for electric UAM in global markets. The role will also contribute to UATM product design, strategy, and sales of the UATM suite of solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure that Eve creates an integrated ecosystem that prepares the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) environment for long-term market growth
- Establishes strong relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders to gain insights into user needs and translate these findings into product strategy
- In consultation with partners and stakeholders, leads development of operationally feasible UAM ecosystems that mitigate barriers to UAM adoption and prepares the market for Eve’s products and services in the long-term
- Leads strategic activities to ensure UAM ecosystems are acceptable and feasible as demonstrated through quantitative and qualitative data
- Drives strategic stakeholder engagement activities to build UAM social acceptance with communities and governments across global markets.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to document and follow-up adhering to deadlines - managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Business acumen is necessary for putting together cost estimates, and basic understanding of how it relates to eVTOL operations.
- Basic working knowledge of infrastructure elements, such as heliport / vertiport, charging infrastructure, and associated costs.
- Prominent drive to get things done. A "can do" attitude and proactivity to propose solutions for our existing challenges.
