Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business aviation, with specific expertise in MRO quoting, maintenance planning, and aircraft modifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage MRO quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with maintenance planning teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational activities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client and project information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Develop and manage quotes for aircraft modifications, ensuring all regulatory and client requirements are met.

      ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management, or a related field.

      Experience:

      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations within the business aviation industry.
      • Proven experience in MRO quoting, maintenance planning, and aircraft modifications.

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite, and Quantum ERP.
      • Comprehension, understanding and execution of broad practices associated within the field assigned and related fields. Applies these understandings in the completion of complex work assignments.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
      • Self-motivated and ability to work without direct and immediate supervision.
