POSITION SUMMARY

To provide information and analysis of operational and business functions as well as to take part in the implementation of policies and procedures and systems and tools in order to improve company’s efficiency and streamline processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform operational, business and cost analysis; prepare related reports (e.g., management reports) as requested by company’s management.
  • Perform analysis and reports that demonstrate compliance with the company’s norms and procedures.
  • Analyze business processes, as well as current and prospect digital solutions used in business areas to propose new opportunities.
  • Assist the department with its various procurement needs by partnering with various vendors and company procurement personnel and by following established guidelines.
  • Support the team and management with controlling contractual documentation.
  • Support preparation and control of the annual Action Plan and budget.
  • Support the billing process, invoicing payment and its controls.
  • Other Ad-hoc requests.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related area required.

Experience:

  • Generally 2-4 years of business analyst, cost accounting or financial analysis experience required.
  • Experience in performing general administrative support activities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of O365 suite, including PowerBI and Power Apps Platform
  • Knowledge on creating/maintain dashboards and reports through PowerBI
  • Knowledge on develop automation using Power Platform products
  • Knowledge on creating/maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce
  • Demonstrates teamwork abilities, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with on-the-job training
  • Excellent time management, planning skills and attention to details

Working Conditions / Environment/Special Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required.
