POSITION SUMMARY

Provides global administrative support to sales and marketing teams to assist throughout the sales process. Which may include various administrative duties, generating reports, analyzing market data, managing cost centers, supporting sales campaigns/efforts as requested and all other duties. The role coordinates with procurement team and maintains office supplies, equipment, and sales campaign items. Assists with compliance tasks for North American and international efforts, as needed. This role directly supports the Business Development Manager and Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”); as well as Regional Sales Vice Presidents (“RVPs”) and Directors (“RSDs”) globally.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Research as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
  • Assists in planning and administrative tasks for sales and marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with Marketing as appropriate for specific projects and campaigns.
  • Orders and ships items nationwide and internationally.
  • Work with management to support special contractual requirements and/or customer request
  • Helps maintain and manage budget and finance compliance for business unit.
  • Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
  • Inputs and updates information in sales databases and spreadsheets, as directed by Business Development Manager.
  • Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes for Sales, Business Development and/or Marketing teams, as directed.
  • Coordinates with marketing and concierge teams on logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering, materials, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate or address any technical inquiries from the customer (Sales and Prospects) with the proper Embraer designated business unit service.
  • Manage and direct marketing/advertising/website in conjunction with Embraer Marketing to include coordination of various advertising needs (print and online media, trade shows, customer events, brochures) for PreFlown department
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Demonstrate above average proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as an aptitude for corporate or industry software.

Experience:

  • FLSA Exempt, Intermediate Level Administrative Professional Contributor on a Project or Work Team.
  • Generally, 3-5 years of experience in area of responsibility with experience related to sales and marketing teams.

Working Conditions / Environment/ Special Requirements

  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
  • Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations
  • Some travel will be required to support the sales and marketing teams
