POSITION SUMMARY

To provide the best service in class to customers in aviation. Managing information and analysis of operational business functions as well as to take part in the implementation of policies and procedures and systems and tools to improve company’s efficiency and streamline processes for the ease of doing business with Embraer. Candidate must be located in Melbourne, FL or within a commutable distance for this hybrid role, requires 2-3 days per week in the office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support customer account management, including but not limited to compliance procedures.
  • Support aircraft Entry-Into-Service coordination process.
  • Support the customer account setup process, including onboarding, verification, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Annual account screening for Compliance program adherence.
  • Support billing process such as CSP- Customer Service Proposals, EC- Executive Care, MODs – Modifications, Technical Publications
  • Support Contract Administration Officer throughout the contracts management, assisting with activities ranging from supporting the contract management to propose modifications to the master contract.
  • Provide support and reports for managers.
  • Work with project manager to define improvement project’s scope and goals.
  • Work with new or existing presentation to create visually appealing, persuasive and effective presentations.
  • Other Ad-hoc requests especially related to admin activities.
  • Establish and monitor new and existing KPIs.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, or related.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Aviation experience required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Superior communication skills and ability to successfully liaise at all levels of the organization as well as with external parties.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Critical Thinking and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of financial / accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus (Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish, French)
