POSITION SUMMARY
Manage low/medium-complexity single-aircraft agreements, under limited supervisor. Demonstrate an understanding of the business/relationship context controlling the rights and obligations contained in the agreements under your responsibility. Elaborate and draft customized documents and contracts of medium complexity.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Perform contracts management (under limited supervision of a CAM III or IV) from the signature through the aircraft delivery to the customers.
- Have the ability, knowledge and experience, to make simple customizations and entertain contractual and business discussions (internally and externally) related to low/medium-complexity contractual amendments, assignments LOAs, Delivery Agreements, commercial letters, and notifications from templates or master documents. Minor errors in the drafting, such as typos, cross-references, or document numbers, are anticipated at this CAM Level since a more senior CAM and the Contracts Manager will review them before going for signature.
- Identify and raise potential sources of legal, financial, and/or commercial risks to Contracts Manager
- Perform simple financial analysis using the PAS to support a business recommendation.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
- BA/BS in Business Administration/Management, Legal studies or Aviation preferred. Master in such fields is a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation, aircraft sales contracts, aircraft delivery, or equivalent related experience.
- Experience in aviation is preferred.
- Some experience with customer C-Suite relationships is desirable.
- A basic understanding of contractual drafting, rights, and obligations, as well as aircraft delivery processes is required.
- Fluency in a second language and/or international experience are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understand and employ broad practices associated with contracts, business, and customer relationships demonstrating the ability to complete moderately complex work in compliance with the company's processes and procedures in delivering aircraft under supervision.
- Promote a company culture dedicated to enhancing customer experience.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Salesforce (or similar) experience is required.
- Demonstrate basic fundamental etiquette principles and follow best practices in behaviors and relationships with customers.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the company's processes and procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, when necessary.
